First Year to Forever !!

Today when I tuned in to a radio station , the RJ put up a question asking about group hangout place . While I held on to the thought , a friend sitting beside immediately smiled and responded “what’s ours ??! “. This one moment flashed a collection of all the amazingly asinine memories we had gathered in just a year !!!

It all began exactly a year ago ( may be a few days here and there 😂) . First day of college , new faces , new places , heavy rains and unnecessary addition to it was the campus tour 🤔 !! During the tour I met someone who at that time seemed equable but now I can categorically state that she’s demented ( totally insane 🙄) . Bingo !! I had just found my first college friend ( considering that now I am not very proud of it 😏) . A sarcastic girl with unparalleled presence of mind . Initially quiet and later no less than a storm . Days passed by , we were trying to figure out whom to approach . The introductions began and a silent , shy girl proudly said ” I may not be quick with friendships but I definitely am a friend for life !! ” . She was absolutely right and “can take a bullet” kind of a friend !! ( I wish I could say the same about her being shy 😳😒) . A gap of few more weeks and I had the most amazing people around me . We were a group of 5 now , lectures and campus seemed even more fun than before . It’s funny to have a super innocent person around you , because she doesn’t get the jokes in one go (and once she gets them , she realizes that most of it is about her 😂 ). Yet , this happy soul keeps our conversations full of life , and definitely has a enticing laughter ( even though she doesn’t know the reason for giggling😉) . There’s one more buddy , who is exceptional . I am afraid, she almost reads my mind (especially the “not so wise” thoughts) every single time . A friend who leads all the witless actions . “Adding we to ‘we’ierd” seems true when she’s around. Also, if any sane person hears us speak , no sooner we’ll be in an asylum 😂 . The year flew by , with food and nonstop talks being major chunk of them !! Submissions and exams smoothly walked through our bond !! First Year was magical : more than the notes , games became a huge part of lectures !! I am so grateful that all of us passed 😂😂 (and yes , with flying colours 😅😉).

Now , we all are in different classrooms , in our respective branches , stuck up with all unfamiliar faces but together !! Plans are made at the snap of a finger and any random place becomes the hangout spot !! What effect does being in separate branches have on friendship ?? Well for us , it has just increased our expenses and tripe talks ! 😂😂 I had heard that “Under Graduate” friendships are exceptional and luckily I found the people who proved it right !! I may not say it often but you guys are extremely special 💕💕 and I wish we stay together forever !!!
